It also does not cause pollution, making it eco friendly and is available in profusion anywhere. It is mainly copious in tropical areas but as we know, it IS available throughout the world! The main reason why solar energy is so green, is that there are no by products of producing electricity with solar energy as a source. solar heating also makes use of equipment that does not affect the environment in a negative way.
